Where you will be working

You will be employed at Gresham House, a 12-bed facility that is CQC-accredited Outstanding and provides support to individuals who may be coping with moderate cognitive disabilities, autism, and comorbid health conditions.

  • You will provide support to individuals throughout their care pathway as a member of a multidisciplinary team. As their requirement for more structured care and support increases, they will either be relocating from a family home or a community placement.
  • In addition to a biweekly weekend assignment, you will be assigned to work schedules from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • A 35-hour, permanent, full-time contract. Optional additional hours are available upon request.
